Kanpur, 10th November 2023 – Rama Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital inKanpur celebrated the 8th National Ayurveda Day with great enthusiasm andreverence. The event commenced with the traditional Dhanwantari Pujan andHavan, attended by Mr. Suraj Kushwaha, Director of Rama University, Dr. PrateekSingh, and the Director of the college, along with faculty members, hospitalstaff, and students.

Thecelebration highlighted the principles of Ayurveda in maintaining health andwell-being. Students took an active role, setting up Ayurvedic food stalls andhandcraft exhibits, which became the center of attraction for the entireuniversity and college. These activities underscored the importance ofintegrating Ayurvedic practices into daily life, fulfilling the primary aim ofthis year's Ayurveda Day.

As theday progressed, the college community also embraced the festive spirit with aPre-Diwali and Pre-Ayurveda Day Fest, adding a joyous note to the celebrations.
