Vibrant Competition Showcases Students' Knowledge of Ancient Healing System

In an exciting and educational event held today at Rama Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, a quiz competition was conducted for the 2022 batch. The competition, held between 2 PM and 4 PM, saw the participation of four teams, each comprising four students, making a total of 16 participants. More than 80 students attended this lively session, witnessing a thrilling showcase of Ayurvedic knowledge.

The program was organized by esteemed faculty members Dr. Santosh and Dr. Soni Verma. The four teams, named Vishisht, Kashyapa, Bhavprakash, and Sharangdhar, competed vigorously, answering challenging questions about Ayurveda with impressive expertise and enthusiasm.

• Team Vishisht: Gargi, Palak, Shitanshi, Shadman
• Team Kashyapa: Altaf, Anuj, Akshay, Yogendra
• Team Bhavprakash: Shrestha, Vedant, Priyanshi, Preeti
• Team Sharangdhar: Shruti, Shivangi, Tripti, Abhya

The competition was intense, reflecting the participants' deep understanding and passion for Ayurveda. It provided an excellent opportunity for students to deepen their knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, which emphasize the balance of body, mind, and spirit, and the use of natural remedies, lifestyle changes, and dietary adjustments to promote overall health.
